Setup guide
Download the .dmg file, drag ElastoType to your Applications folder, and open it.
macOS may ask to confirm opening an app from the internet — click Open.
ElastoType will prompt you to grant Accessibility access in System Settings. This is how it reads and replaces text in any app.
System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility → toggle ElastoType on.
Choose a keyboard shortcut to open ElastoType. The default is ⌥Space — change it to anything you prefer in Settings.
Open ElastoType, go to the prompt library, and create your first saved command. Give it a name and write the prompt. Done.
Go to any app, select any text, press your shortcut, pick your command. ElastoType replaces the text with the result instantly.
